In 2010 he began a careful and painstaking restoration of the entire house. Respecting the type of building and reusing materials recovered in the farm, such as roof tiles or beams in good condition that were used for the floors of the ground floor. Where possible we left the stone and fine woods used for which the chestnut beams and solid oak doors and windows. We have taken care in the restructuring also saving energy by using glass with high certification and the 'floor heating system to heat the room. Currently, the house looks like this: the entrance is on the ground floor through a door window, enter the day and on the right we find a department well equipped kitchen in walnut with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a large worktop around the hob, the oven, a large solid wood table and comfortable chairs. On left in the living area there are two comfortable sofas.
Continuing we find a large hall with brick arches and pierta where you can access a very modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, used to the use of the disabled. As a last room we find a very cozy room-study, which may have a dual use according to customer needs, in fact is a study with desk and bookcases and sofa that can become a comfortable double bedroom having had trouble to find a sofa comfortable and roomy bed. From this room it goes out in a small courtyard with stone paving dry recovered under restoration. Returning to the hall we find the stairs leading upstairs. Climbing the travertine stairs, lit with LEDs that create an evocative atmosphere you get to the upper floor where there is an entrance hall leading to 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. "The Lilac" room is a double bedroom with a large bed in painted wrought iron, two nightstands, a wardrobe and a chest of solid wood. Has a bathroom inside the room, very modern and comfortable with shower, also has a "The Gold Room" is the master bedroom, has a large double black wrought iron two bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a chest of solid wood. Also it has a small bathroom but very functional with a comfortable shower. "The Wisteria Room 'has 2 wrought iron blacks twins, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe and a solid wood chest.
The bathroom for the exclusive use of this room is located in the hallway , it is also very modern and equipped with central shower . In every room you can admire the ceiling with exposed old beams and bricks . The windows are not very large but overlook like paintings on a scenic district . Also off a lovely gazebo will allow us to fully enjoy the garden and make use of it even at meal times.
